Liaison Committee Presentation
	The KSCA's Liaison Committee met on April 23 with the KSHSAA Executive Board.  It's proposed rule changes were presented.  All three forensics items were passed by the KSHSAA Executive Board.  The debate item will be voted on in mid-September by the KSHSAA Board of Directors.
